Po drugie dokładnie to znaczy krok po kroku wszystkie polecenia, a nie "rozpakowałem i uruchomiłem". Rozpakować i uruchomić to se możesz radyjko w prezencie pod choinką.

@matsobdev czytaj uważnie komunikaty a potem proponuj sensowne rozwiązania (użycie sudo takim nie jest)

Zainstalowałem mageia 9. Pobrałem arduino ide 2.0.3 rozpakowałem plik klikając prawy rozpakuj tutaj czyli w folderze pobrane uruchomiłem klikaj ac w ikonę program się uruchomił dodałem repo esp32 dodałem się do grupy poleceniem

usermod -a -G dialout michal

wybrałem szkic CameraWebSerwer

Zastosowałem się do tego

Dlaczego 2.0.3 jeśli Ci mówiono że 1.8.19? Bo mądrzejszy jesteś? A potem bedziesz smędził że coś się nie kompiluje?

Oczywiście jak wybrałeś płytkę wrover to nie miało prawa zadziałać: opony od Merca niespecjalnie pasują do Matiza. Najpierw trzeba kupić wrovera (jakieś pięć dych wersja z kamerą) a potem wybierać to co masz. Ale o tym chyba wspominałem...

Sprawdziłeś na innym zasilaniu? Nie wspominałem przypadkiem że zasilanie z usb może nie wystarczyć? 

A to zdjęcie to w końcu zamieścisz czy dalej po swojemu? To Ty prosisz o pomoc i to Ty masz się do nas dostosować.

No to nie dziw się że nie działa. Kup jakiś zasilaczyk na 5V/2A (wystarczy z zapasem). W ostateczności powerbank (chociaż ten nie zawsze lubi działać) czy porządniejsza ładowarka do smarkfona...

I nie pchaj się na razie w IDE 2.x - na ESP nie wszystko się kompiluje i nie wszystko po kompilacji chce działać.

Ale GPIO0 podłączone do GND chyba działa tak samo dla różnych ESP32. Czytałeś ten artykuł czy nie?

Piszesz że nie działa - co nie działa, jak to sprawdzasz, jak ma działać?

EDIT: Przecież ty nie masz takiej zworki, o której piszesz. Stosujesz płytkę bazową ESP32-CAM-MB, a na niej znajdujesz przycisk RESET i IO0.
